Here at Star care we pride ourselves on the quality of our Care Staff. This is mainly due to the extensive training that all our Care Staff undertake. They are trained in Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety and since April 2015 “The Care Certificate”. In addition, all Care Workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an NVQ / QCF II/III in Health and Social Care.

Every care management recognises that it is one of their key responsibilities to ensure that Care Workers arrive at their assignments. To ensure reliability a manager is on call 24 hours a day in case of emergencies and enquiries.
